My account - How to create an announce on your website ?

ImmoJeune is the first website specialized in student accommodations. We had more than 3 million visitors in 2017; so, you make the right choice!

 1) You can place your ad on our national platform by filling out the form on this page: https://www.immojeune.com/publier-annonce-location.html  or you can click on the tab "place my ad".

Please note that the information you have to fill in "city of the property" tab is auto-completed feature. This allows you to limit the amount of information you enter with your keyboard. Additional information is provided automatically; you have to click on the suitable proposition.

 Example: When you enter Paris in the tab, many propositions are given to you; just select the one that meets your need.

If you don't find your address, click on "Je ne trouve pas l'adresse de mon bien" under the map and retry inputting your address. 

2)  After posting your ad, a moderation team checks the content of the ads before publication. This is done in order to deliver a reliable and quality service to our users and partners. The moderation can take up to 72hours but is usually done within the day of publication.

3) Once you've finished creating your ad, you can log in on ImmoJeune and explore the different functionalities of the website. You will receive an e-mail when your ad is put online but you can also see it in the "My ads" section. Every applications made for your announces will be shown in your account and you will be able to answer them directly through ImmoJeune.

4) When your apartment is rented, deactivate your ad in 1 click by clicking on the switch on your announce. It will no longer be visible. 

5) You will be able to activate it again when you'll need to look for another tenant by re-clicking on the switch.
