First of all, know that Immojeune is a platform for connecting tenants and owners, student residences or real estate agencies. We do not intervene directly in a rental and do not own the property offered.

Thus, all the information we have available appears on the ad itself and is available on our site. This information may vary from one rental to another, from one owner to another or from one type of rental to another. If you wish to apply for one or more accommodations you can:

- Create an account on our platform and complete the location file with as many documents and informations at your disposal

- Apply directly online for ads that interest you by clicking on an announce, filling the form on the page that opens and by clicking on "Apply". Remember that you can chose the type of application/message.

- Wait for a response from the property owner (on average 2 or 3 days delay but depends on the type of accommodation). If you still haven't received a reply after a week, continue to apply to other announces.

Remember to apply to multiple ads to increase your chances of getting one and never pay anything before the signing of the lease face to face in the case of non-professional announcers (it is usually a scam).
