My file - How to add a guarantor to my file?

To provide information on your guarantor and all required documents

1) Please access your account by entering your username and password

2) Click on 'My File'

3) Click on "Add Guarantor". Complete all the required informations about your guarantor and click on edit my file.

4) If you have other guarantee solution, select it from the suggested propositions on the tab.

5) Finally, download all the required documents.
