If your documents don't correspond exactly to the french version, you can add the closest documents from your country. The different landlords don't expect the foreign students to have a french version of each documents but they still need the informations contained within the documents (housing certificate, salary after taxes, etc.) to make sure that you are a serious candidate that can pay the rent (or that you have a guarantor that can do so).

You can always do an official translation of your documents but it is not necessary. Also, for the documents of your guarantor, if you want more safety you can input a french guarantor if you have one or subscribe to a professional/private solution that can replace a physical guarantor (you can go to the dedicated article for more information).
